Overview

ACCESS HRA is a web and mobile platform that allows New Yorkers to apply for benefits, submit documents, and manage their cases online.

This campaign was designed to increase awareness of the platform and encourage users to adopt digital tools to access and manage services more efficiently.

Challenge

Many users rely on in-person services or are unaware of the platform’s capabilities. The challenge was to clearly communicate the benefits of ACCESS HRA and encourage users to shift toward using the app and website as primary tools for managing their cases.

Strategy

The campaign focused on clarity, accessibility, and action. Messaging emphasized ease of use and convenience, highlighting how users can apply, upload documents, and track their benefits directly from their phones.
