Overview

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides food assistance to low-income individuals and families. This campaign was designed to increase awareness of SNAP benefits while directing users to download and use the ACCESS HRA app to manage their benefits more easily.

Challenge

Many eligible individuals are unaware of how to access or manage their SNAP benefits digitally. The challenge was to create clear, accessible messaging that not only informs users about available support but also encourages them to download and use the ACCESS HRA app as a primary tool for managing their benefits.

Strategy

The campaign focuses on clarity, visibility, and accessibility. Bold messaging, strong visual hierarchy, and simple layouts were used to ensure key information can be understood at a glance across print and digital touchpoints. Effective SNAP outreach materials are designed to be visually engaging while remaining easy to read and understand.
